Based on your answers, we recommend that you look at any environmental factors that could be causing dry hands and feet. Check if your hands and feet are in contact with any irritating chemicals that could be resulting in dryness. Does your soap, hair products, washing-up liquid, or cream contain toxic chemicals? We recommend applying non-toxic moisturizer in the evening and morning and preferably a few times during the day too. If you hike a lot or are into outdoor sports we recommend that you slather your hands and feet before going out to get the maximum hydration you need. Also, applying moisturizer after bathing when your skin is damp will replenish it and lock in the hydration.
