2. Prices and Content
Anna Rósa Skincare takes care to ensure that prices and the content of this website, including product description, photographs and ingredients are accurate and correct at the time of publishing. All prices are shown in USD and EURO and exclude post and package charge. The price also excludes any custom duties and taxes in the recipient country. Prices may change over time without any prior notice. Anna Rósa Skincare will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the products or its price on the website. In the event of an error or any content related issue, we reserve the right to correct such error without notification. Anna Rósa Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order that may have been made under the pretense of such error. All displayed price exclude VAT and delivery charges. All products are subject to availability. In the event of the product not being available we will notify you as soon as possible to weather or when it will be available again.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver our products worldwide through the Icelandic Postal Service. We will do our best to deliver goods promptly. However, we cannot accept liability for delays in delivery for any reason. Delivery depends on the country, usually it takes 3-10 days within Europe and North America, but it takes longer for countries further away, commonly 2-4 weeks. We are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes. We offer a flat rate of US$10/€8 shipping to the following countries for orders up to $185/€150 and free shipping for orders above $185/€150 (no promotion code needed). These above rates apply to the following countries only: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States of America and Canada. We also offer a flat rate of US$44/€35 for all other countries but there is currently no free shipping offered.
We are not responsible for lost packages once they have left Iceland and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delays or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. We are not able to change addresses or make corrections once an order has been placed. We are not responsible for a lost order if the delivery address provided by you at the checkout is incorrect or incomplete. In case of an incorrect/incomplete address your order may be returned to us with an added charge from our courier. In case of a returned order, you must pay all delivery costs plus added return charges from the courier to redeliver your order to the correct address. Any damage during shipment is covered by a warranty provided by the courier service. Anna Rósa Skincare is not liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, unsuccessful reactions, act of the Buyer, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of our business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labour difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of God, delay in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labour, fuel, materials, supplies or power at current prices. 4. VAT, Customs and Other Charges
We are not responsible for any VAT, customs fees, admin fees or taxes each country, state, province or municipality may require. VAT, taxes and other import charges are charged by each country and for this reason Anna Rosa Skincare cannot include VAT, taxes and other import charges in the invoices that apply to individual countries. We will not pay for any additional duties or customs charged by the destination country, that is your responsibility. The customs charge, VAT or taxes is not reflected on our site at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays incurred due to your country’s customs clearance procedures.
Anna Rósa Skincare products can vary in texture, smell and consistency within each batch due to the natural ingredients that are used. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. Anna Rósa Skincare will not be held responsible for any harm, injury or illness resulting from the use or misuse of any product. It is your responsibility to read all product instruction carefully and to use the product accordingly and strictly for the designed purpose. We are also not to be held responsible for any damage, injury or illness that can occur due to allergic responses or as a result of any other unforeseen occurrence. We recommend always doing a patch test before using any of our products.
6. Discount Promotional/Coupon Codes
Only one Coupon Code is permitted per each order and it must be entered correctly in the Coupon Code box provided on the checkout page. When entered correctly the Coupon Code discount will show in your basket. A Promotional/Coupon Code cannot be added to your order after you have paid and confirmed the order. A Coupon Code cannot be used in connection with a Value Set or any other offer. Promotional/Coupon Code excludes all sale items.
7. Order and Payment
We reserve the right anytime to reject, cancel or terminate any order for whatever reason and without any liability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold or available for sale. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, in our sole judgement, that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and we are processing it.
You can pay your purchases by credit/debit card. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Anna Rósa Skincare, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products. We retain the legal ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the products to you. Risk in the products transfers to you upon delivery.
8. Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date on which you receive the goods by sending us a notice of cancellation in writing and returning the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
